No model? That is not a problem.
Not every job starts with an STL. Send what you have — a sketch, photos, dimensions, or the broken part itself — and we will build the model.

I have a sketch
Hand-drawn or technical — we work from either.
I have photos
Several angles plus one known dimension is usually enough.
I have dimensions
A measured drawing or a list of sizes and fits.
Design from scratch
Describe the function; we propose the form.
A replacement part
Broken original, no file. The most common job we get.
How design jobs are priced
Modelling time is quoted per job after we see the scope — not an hourly guess. You get a fixed price for the model, and a separate print quote. If the model needs two rounds of revision, that is included; scope changes are quoted before we continue.
Every design job is reviewed by a person, so nothing here is priced instantly.
