How it works
A file in. A printed part out.
Four steps, no jargon, no phone calls. This is the whole process from your side — and what happens on ours.
- 01
Upload your file
STL or 3MF, up to 250 MB. You do not need an account. We read the geometry in your browser — your file is not sent anywhere until you ask for a quote.
- Drag and drop, or choose from Files, iCloud Drive or Downloads on iPhone.
- We measure the model and check it against the printer immediately.
- If the file is broken, we say so in plain language and offer a manual review.
- 02
Configure the print
Choose material, colour, quality and quantity. These four choices decide how the part looks, how strong it is and what it costs.
- Material descriptions are written by use, not by polymer chemistry.
- Quality sets layer height and infill for you: Draft, Standard or Fine.
- Slicer settings stay hidden unless you deliberately open Advanced.
- 03
Approve the quote
You see the price, the estimated print time and the turnaround before paying. Nothing is charged automatically.
- Prices are calculated from mesh volume, material rate and machine time.
- We show the assumptions, so the number is not a black box.
- Every quote gets a reference you can reopen later.
- 04
We print, inspect, deliver
The job enters the queue, gets printed, checked against our quality list, packed and shipped with tracking.
- Every part is inspected before it leaves — not sampled.
- A print that fails our standard is reprinted at our cost.
- Tracking is sent by email, and the status page shows each stage.
What makes a good file
Millimetre units, closed surfaces, walls at least 1 mm thick. If it is exported at centimetre scale, tell us — we check dimensions before printing.
Turnaround
Most parts ship in 2–4 working days. Bigger jobs and multi-part orders take longer, and the estimate is shown before you pay.
Delivery
Couriers nationwide, Peninsular and East Malaysia. Shipping is calculated at checkout once we know the packed weight.
