Professional FDM printing for prototypes, functional parts and small batches — with the limits stated up front instead of discovered later.
Single-part printing
Functional parts, enclosures, brackets, jigs, models and replacement pieces, printed and inspected one at a time.
Small batches
Repeat runs from a handful to a few hundred units, with the same settings each time so parts match.
Prototype iteration
Print a draft, check the fit, change the model, print again. Reorders keep your settings on file.
Finishing
Support removal and basic clean-up always. Sanding or painting is quoted separately and only if we can do it properly.

Build volume is the usable bed after clamping margin. If your part is larger, we can split it — but only with your approval of the proposed split.
What good looks like
- Dimensions checked on a critical fit
- No warping, layer shifts or stringing left on a finished part
- Supports removed and edges cleaned
- Photographed before packing
Where FDM stops
- Features finer than about 0.4 mm
- Optically clear parts — ours are translucent at best
- Certified medical or food-contact surfaces
- Large flat parts that must stay perfectly flat
If your requirement falls outside these limits, we will say so rather than ship something that fails later.
