Files and uploading
What file formats do you accept?
STL and 3MF. Both export from Fusion 360, SolidWorks, Blender, Onshape, Shapr3D and most other tools. OBJ and STEP are on the roadmap.
My upload failed — what now?
Check the size (250 MB limit) and the extension. If the file is corrupt or has no readable triangles, we offer a manual review instead of a dead end.
What units should the model use?
Millimetres. If your model was exported in centimetres or inches the dimensions will look wrong — tell us and we will scale it before printing.
Can you split a model that is too large?
Yes, but never automatically. We show the proposed split and wait for your approval before producing anything.
Materials and quality
Which material should I choose?
PLA for models and everyday objects, PETG for functional parts that take a knock, ASA for outdoor use, TPU when it needs to flex. If it is load-bearing, ask us.
How strong is a 3D printed part?
Strong enough for most brackets, housings and prototypes, but weaker across layer lines than an injection-moulded part. We will tell you when FDM is the wrong answer.
Can you match a specific colour?
We print from stocked filament in 14 colours. Exact Pantone matching is not possible in FDM; we will show you the closest option.
Orders, payment and delivery
Do I need an account?
No. Quoting, ordering and tracking all work without one. Your quotes and orders stay attached to your browser session.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer and Shopee are available now. Card and FPX are being enabled with a Malaysian payment provider — the checkout will show which methods are live.
How long does delivery take?
Production is typically 2–4 working days; courier transit is 1–3 days in Peninsular Malaysia and 2–5 days to Sabah and Sarawak.
What if the print fails?
We reprint it. Failed prints are tracked internally, and a part that does not meet our standard never ships.
Privacy and rights
Who can see my file?
Only the people producing your order. Files are stored privately with randomised keys, are never listed publicly, and are not used for AI training.
How long do you keep my file?
Files are deleted after the retention period configured in our settings, unless you ask us to keep them for a reorder.
Can I order a copyrighted model?
Only with permission. You confirm ownership or licence at upload, and we will decline jobs that clearly infringe someone else's rights.
