Privacy policy

What we collect

Order details: your name, email, phone, delivery address, and the contents of your order.

Files: the 3D model you upload, plus the measurements we derive from it.

Technical data: the minimum needed to operate the service securely, such as request logs and rate-limit identifiers. We do not build advertising profiles.

Your model is private

Uploaded files are stored in private storage under randomised keys. They are never publicly listed, never indexed, and never sold.

Your files are used only to prepare your quote and fulfil your order — including manual review, slicing and quality checks by the people producing the job.

We do not use customer models to train AI or machine-learning models.

How long we keep files

Uploaded files are deleted after the retention period configured for the service, unless you ask us to keep them for a reorder or we are required to retain records.

Order and invoice records are retained for the period required by Malaysian accounting and tax rules.

Sharing

We share only what is necessary: courier details with the delivery provider, and payment information with the payment provider you choose.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share customer files with third parties except where required by law.

Your choices

You may ask us to delete your files early, to correct your details, or to tell you what we hold about you. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Clearing your browser cookies removes the link between this device and your quotes and orders; the records themselves remain with us for the periods described above.

Security

Access is role-based and enforced on the server. Uploaded files are treated as untrusted: they are validated, size-limited, stored privately and never executed.

Administrative actions that affect money, files or production status are logged.
