You own your files

Bentuk Labs does not claim ownership of the models you upload. You retain all rights to your designs.

We receive a limited licence to store, analyse, slice and reproduce your model solely to quote and fulfil your order, and to keep records as required by law.

Your confirmation

At upload you confirm that you own the model, or that you have permission or a licence that allows us to manufacture it. We record the time of that confirmation and the policy version in force.

Third-party rights

We decline jobs that clearly reproduce protected work without authorisation — including copyrighted characters, patented products, and trademarked items produced for resale.

If a rights holder contacts us about an order, we may pause or decline it and, where appropriate, notify them of the outcome.

Confidentiality

Unreleased product designs are treated as confidential. We do not publish customer models, photographs of customer parts, or the fact that we produced them, without written permission.
